KCENTRA rapidly restores factor levels to normal after infusion, regardless of INR14
- All factor levels were above 50% as early as 30 minutes after administration of KCENTRA, regardless of achieving INR ≤1.5 or >1.5
- Factors II & X are key factors in the coagulation cascade with Factor II being the most thrombogenic in achieving hemostasis
KCENTRA replaces only what is needed for urgent warfarin reversal
